Our next community garage sale is scheduled for April 5th between 8AM and 2pm ET.

​During the months of June and July of 2024, several vehicle burglaries occurred within the Nine Eagles Neighborhood and other neighborhoods in the vicinity of Gunn Highway and South Mobley Road.  These burglaries targeted unlocked vehicles with cash and firearms  taken and occurred during the overnight hours.  On July 14, 2024, a suspect was arrested in connection with these crimes.  This subject has now been released from custody.  On December 17, 2024, another vehicle burglary occurred in which cash and a firearm were taken from an unlocked vehicle in the area of Gunn Highway and South Mobley Road.  Preliminary investigation has determined this same subject may have been in the Keystone/Odessa area during this time.  Please take extra precautions to lock your vehicle at night and do not leave any valuables inside.

Our annual meeting is December 10 at 7 PM. This will be done via zoom.

Our Debris Management Team wanted to advise you that Debris Contractors will collect storm debris in gated residential communities beginning Nov. 17. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) regulations allow one collection pass in gated communities. To ensure a smooth process, residents are asked to place debris in the Right of Way (on the curb) before Nov. 17.
